Hello World!

Testing 1, 2, 3… is this thing on?

OK, so this is my first blog ever, and it comes at a time in my life when I am experiencing several firsts. I find myself unexpectedly unemployed for the first time (I’ve never been expectedly unemployed either). However, I am at completely peace with this first, which, ironically, is another first (Is that actually ironic though? Could be… could also just be a coincidence. Also, too many commas? Sometimes I get a little comma happy).

I am also thinking beyond simply “getting a job” or “going to college” to what I really want to do for the first time.

You should try it. It’s very refreshing.

On a completely unrelated note, my brother in-law informed me today that I made his unpublished list or people who should be blogging (Update: now its published). Interestingly enough, I had already decided to break into the blogging business, so this information had no bearing on me actually creating the blog you are currently reading.

LOL Funny that I didn’t know bout your blog til David linked to it… glad to see you’ve joined the blogging world (and WordPress!). Hope all is well with you, if you find you can’t find a job in KC or you need a break, you’re welcome to come stay with us for a while – WI is great :)

Hey Hottie. Just thought I say hello. I was surprised to hear about your being unemployed though. You should move to Denver and come work with me and Russ. We were actually talking about if we needed a full time programmer on board. If we did hire anyone, I would want it to be you. Seriously call me!

Welcome and I’m looking forward to hearing your insights. Oh and I love you <3 I don’t know you super well, but if you are anything like your brother-in-law and your sister, which I am almost certain you are, then you are one of the most amazing people. I look forward getting to know you more through your blog and who knows maybe more.

    Talk to you soon…
